These terms govern your use of TogetherKIN("we", "us") at togetherkin.com. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

What we provide

We create personalized and pre-designed keepsake conversation cards. For personalized products you upload photos and details, preview a design, and only pay once you choose to order. For fixed decks you purchase a pre-designed set as shown.

Your content & rights

• You confirm you own or have permission to use any photo you upload, and that you are the parent/guardian of any child pictured (or have their guardian's consent).
• You grant us a limited licence to use your uploads solely to create your preview and fulfil your order.
• You may not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown at checkout in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) where an obvious mistake has occurred.

Personalized products

Because personalized cards are made to your specifications, they are produced only after you approve your preview. Please review your preview carefully — see our Shipping & Returns policy for how we handle problems with printed orders.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use it to create content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend access for misuse.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
