Production time

Most orders are printed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Personalized orders begin production once you've approved your preview.

Shipping

• Free standard shipping is included on every order.
• We currently ship to: Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom.
• Delivery typically takes a further 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
• Gift orders can ship directly to the recipient with a personal message and no pricing enclosed.

Our satisfaction guarantee

We want you to love your cards. If your printed order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund it — your choice, no hassle.

Personalized items & change of mind

Because personalized cards are custom-made to your approved preview, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on them. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if a product is faulty, significantly not as described, or fails to do what it should, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Pre-designed fixed decks may be returned unused within 30 days.
