Privacy & Photo Safety

The short version

We use the photos and details you provide for one purpose only: to create your personalized card preview and, if you order, your printed cards. We never sell your photos or personal information, and we never use your children's images for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

What we collect

• Photos you upload — used to generate your card artwork.
• Personalization details — names, style choices, and any notes you add during the create flow.
• Order & contact details — your name, email, and shipping address, collected securely by Stripe at checkout.
• Basic usage data — standard technical logs needed to run and secure the site.

How your photos are used

Uploaded photos are processed to create illustrated card artwork. They are stored only as long as needed to produce your preview and fulfil any order. We do not share them with third parties except the processing services required to generate and print your cards, and those providers are not permitted to use your images for any other purpose.

Children's images

Many of our cards feature children. By uploading a photo you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian, or have the guardian's permission. We treat children's images with particular care and never use them for marketing without separate, explicit consent.

Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your uploaded photos and personal information at any time by emailing hello@togetherkin.com. We'll confirm once it's done.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that under its own PCI-compliant privacy terms.
